Requirements:

• Minimum Opening Deposit,  $5,000.00 

Cost:

• Limited to six (6) withdrawals per month, of which no more than three (3) may be made by check, draft, or similar device, drawn by the account holder to a third party. A service charge of $5.00 will be imposed for each subsequent withdrawal over the allowable six.
• A monthly service charge of $10.00 will be imposed if the average collected daily balance for the month falls below $5,000.00.
